This exciting class is broken down into 2 parts:
Aspects of Land Development & Introduction to New Home Sales

From creating Builder & Developer client relations and locating suitable land to the Realtor/Builder relationship and on-site sales, this course is packed with information that will help propel you forward while increasing your professional skills and knowledge!

Day 1 - Apsects of Land Development - will cover:

*Taking a parcel of raw land and give the student a chance to analyze the steps involved in locating a suitable site.
*The process and steps of the development stage.
*Securing a Builder for the subdivision.

At the conclusion of Day 1, a student will be able to compose an initial evaluation on a raw parcel of land for a developer and be able to present the property to a Builder with a target market identified.

Day 2 - New Home Sales - was developed to foster a better understanding between Brokers, Realtors, & Builders and will cover:

*The different duties and responsibilities involved in new home sales
*Tapping in to your target market
*Securing the Buyer and working knowledge of necessary forms.

At the conclusion of Day 2, students will be able to take raw land from the conception of the developer, to securing a Builder and having a strong relationship with them. Students completing this course will also have knowledge of the details of preparing to present a new community to a defined segment of Buyers.
