Alabama Real Estate Home Inspector Course

Price: $1 295.00

We teach the only live Home Inspection Course that the State of Alabama recognizes. We offer the quickest and easiest way for a person to put themselves in a position to apply to be a Home Inspector and begin immediatley providing inspection services.

Home Inspection is a new and fantastic industry...a true lock & key business! Your minimal tools and overhead include a truck, a ladder, a flashlight & other misc. tools of the trade and a license...which, of course, is where we come in! At an average cost of $350 to $450 per inspection, one could make an income projection...two inspections per day @ $350 per inspection would equal $182,000 annual income. We present a 6 day course every 3 months and we limit our class size to 16 students. There is a tremendous demand for this course and we have to turn away students every quarter so if you are interested in the class PLEASE reserve a seat immediatley!

During the 6 day course the students cover how to make a visible inspection of heating & air, plumbing, structural, electrical and roof. Also covered in the course is marketing, writing reports, tools necessary for the trade and exam preparation.

We are fortunate to have had Tony Brueneman of the Home Inspection Institute in Cincinatti, Ohio agree to teach this course for us 9 years ago and he's been our instructor ever since! He teaches in many other states and if he could be in two places at once he would, because most states are seeking him.

Find out below the states requirements and Then at the bottom of this page see course dates and how to register.

1) Real Estate Education Facts & Materials:

  • A home inspection is a non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. This is carried out by a home inspector, who usually has special equipment and training to carry out such inspections.

2) Real Estate License Sneak Preview:

  • Real estate broker: After gaining some years of experience in real estate sales, a salesperson may decide to become licensed as a real estate broker. Commonly more course work and a broker's state exam on real estate law must be passed. Upon obtaining a broker's license, a real estate agent may continue to work for another broker in a similar capacity as before often referred to as a broker associate or associate broker or take charge of his/her own brokerage and hire other salespersons, or broker, licensees. Becoming a branch office manager may or may not require a broker's license. Some states such as New York allow licensed attorneys to become real estate brokers without taking any exam. In states, such as Colorado, there are no salespeople, as all licensees are Brokers.

3) Preperation Cram Course Recommended!

  • The best known professional organization of real estate appraisers in America is the Appraisal Institute. It was formed in from the merger of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Founded along with others in the 1930's, the two organizations merged in the 1990's to form the Appraisal Institute (AI). This group awards two professional designations: SRA, to residential appraisers, and MAI, to commercial appraisers.
