VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.....
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TEMPORARY LICENSE BACK
FROM THE STATE TO BEGIN THIS CLASS!!!!
IF YOU BEGIN THIS CLASS BEFORE YOU ARE ISSUED
A TEMPORARY LICENSE YOUR CREDIT WILL BE NULL
AND VOID AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE 30 HOUR COURSE AGAIN!!!
The 30 hour Post License Course will absolutely be the most important class of your Real Estate Career!!!!! Find out who offers the best course...pardon the lack of humility but WE DO! We look at your future success as being dependent on the quality of training you receive. Therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to provide tomorrow's future top producing professionals the information they need at the most precarious stage of their career...the beginning!!! Don't take it later, take it now! Common sense says learn what you need to know now before it's too late.
Ask a broker or two near you about us and our reputation while you're thinking about what course to take.
When you call our competition (other Real Estate schools) ask them if their 30 hour course includes topics such as: Negotiating techniques, prospecting methods, networking, how to use a real estate calculator, time management, telephone techniques, how to show property properly, etc. Then ask them if their class is taught with a high level of energy and motivation, chock full of tips and suggestions that today's superstars would not like for rookies to know about.
If you're planning on going into sales either now or in the future, don't suffer from a lapse in judgment and order this course in a CD Rom version (which we sell also). The computer course will not teach you the personal development skills mentioned above, when actually those are the skills that are the most important in the initial stage of your career.
We are the largest school of Real Estate in the state for many good reasons...May we dare to ask you to trust us with the task of putting you in the best position to succeed? I'm not sure other 30 hour post license course providers would want that obligation. Notice the time we have spent on this page discussing this important course.
