REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLETING COURSE
1) Once you have completed ALL lessons on the computer, you must submit your completion by email or fax. You must also send the signed Student Affidavit to Avery Yarbrough and Associates attesting to the fact that you personally completed the entire course yourself. Under state law this Affidavit and course completion must be received by Avery Yarbrough and Associates before a completion can be electronically reported to the state.
2.) You must schedule a proctored exam! The exam can be taken at a Real Estate Company in your town or a local Library. We will need their email address or fax number to send the test. (Preferably an email address since it's quite a few pages.) If you are in Birmingham, you can just take it at our Hoover Office.
Call us at (205)822-9322.
3.) Once you have passed the proctored exam with a 70% or above you will receive your certificate of completion. This is what you need to take your state exam. You can schedule your state exam at www.goamp.com
4.)There is a 2 day Cram Course taught every month available at your option.....statistics show that taking a Cram Course increases a students test score by 16 points so we highly recommend that you take the time out of your life to include the Cram Course to culminate your studying efforts. From the home page you can access a page simply called "CRAM COURSE" to find out locale(bham), times and dates.
